Thursday Shout Out: Local Love Part III!

The First Annual Little Red Schoolhouse Holiday Sale is fast approaching, folks-three days away and counting!-so here are a few more of our friends who will be joining us at the workshop waiting to meet you, sell you their beautiful creations, and bask in the local love!

Tony Rouleau

Tony is not only a super cool guy and good sport (and occasional friend of Todd the Hobo), he also happens to be an absolutely amazing metal and word worker who takes awesomeness to a whole new level. And guess what, friends-the Little Red Schoolhouse is the only place you’re going to find his stuff (unless you go to his house). We’ll have some of his super cool metal sculptures and wood pieces for sale, and that flying pig? Yeah, Tony made her for us. Her name’s Sweet Sue E. and she’s our new mascot. She won’t be for sale, but she’ll be there, dressed to the nines for the party.

Jacob Houston

For those of you who are loyal blog followers, you may recognize Jacob’s name-he won the Grace Griffis Scholarship not so long ago. We’re thrilled that he’s also going to be joining us for the sale on Sunday, selling his prints and cards. (He sold out of his original paintings recently, but is hard at work on more…how great is that?) Jake does have a website, found here, which you should totally check out, but don’t let that stop you from stopping by and saying hello in person on Sunday!

About meatbagz totes

Mackenzie is an award winning pie maker, a fast driver, and a screen printing mastermind. Kate is a designer, occasional neat freak, and tea drinking madwoman. They both believe in the power of good karma, air banding as a valid form of exercise, and that getting your hands dirty is a good way to keep your soul clean. Together they make up Team Meatbagz.
