Sometimes the Best Thing to Do…

is to let another do it for you.

Summer is a busy-and shaken up-time for us. Gone are the days of quiet mornings in the workshop, discussing what comes next and working on new things. Here to stay (for the next few months, at least) is trying to balance kids home on summer break and work, getting ready for craft shows, and catching our breath when there’s a moment to spare.

That being said, we still have our goals: to take a good, solid look at the shop (titles, descriptions, pics) and see what needs to be revamped. Work on getting ready for the next show. Building up inventory. Oh, and try to spend some time with our families now that the sun has shown itself to still exist, we suppose.

And, of course, we want to keep our Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule of posting on the blog going too.

But when there’s nothing left to say (or at least the brainspace to think of something to say)? Well, then we just look around and realize that there are plenty of others saying really important, really valuable things that are more than worth sharing.

So today, check out some  of these posts-we couldn’t (and we really mean that) have said it better ourselves:

What makes a GREAT Etsy shop? Handmade Spark can tell you.

Wondering what the heck to tell the kids when they dream big? This is a pretty good look at that.

Looking for general inspiration, no matter what shape or form it may take? Do look at poppytalk. Those folks rock and always get us movin’.
